Thousand Oaks Police Charitable Foundation                                     TOPCF was organized to promote community welfare through support of public safety and volunteer programs.  In addition,  TOPCF's objective is to enhance quality of life within the community and the deterrence of crime through education and support from the community.  Furthermore, the Board was created to have advisory capabilities over the decision making process of the foundation.  The Sheriff, Bob Brooks and the Commander of the Thousand Oaks Police Department, oversee the everyday functions of the foundation.

Ventura County Sheriff's Foundation                                                 The VCSF is a non-profit organization that was created by Sheriff Bob Brooks to be an independent body from the Sheriff's Department with advisory capabilities to oversee and manage the foundation.  Sheriff Bob Brooks and Undersheriff Craig Husband serve as liaison between the Sheriff's Department and the foundation.
