1) Are you a member of the A.I.R. Commercial Real Estate Association and how will that association be used in the marketing of my property?

Carl has been a member in the A.I.R. in addition to being "Broker / Head Of Firm" for RE/MAX Commercial for many years. Your property receives immediate exposure via A.I.R. brochures and E-mail to all Commercial Brokers that have proven high levels of production in order to qualify for membership in this association.

2) How will you promote my property locally?

Many ways - in addition to the RE/MAX Commercial Sign and various newspapers, a property brochure will be designed and distributed to all local area Brokers, regardless of the company affiliation.  With our network of contacts, we will promote your property to Residential Agents, which is normally not done by commercial agents, in both Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, in addition to the commercial brokers.  Other agents try to keep the sale "In-House."
